Done-For-You Service Agreement
Introduction
This Done-For-You Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms between Jonathan Edwards (“I”, “me”, “my”) and the customer purchasing or receiving the services (“you”, “your”, “client”).
By purchasing, ordering or agreeing to proceed with any done-for-you service provided by Jonathan Edwards, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy published on this website.

Search engine optimisation services
Google Business Profile services
Digital marketing support
Online advertising services
Content creation
Lead generation support
Other agreed digital solutions
The exact services provided will depend on the package purchased, the proposal supplied and the agreed scope of work.
- Service Delivery
I will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed services within the estimated timescales provided.

Client responsiveness
The information and materials provided
Required approvals and feedback
Third-party platforms and providers
External circumstances outside my reasonable control
I may use trusted contractors, specialist partners, software platforms or third-party service providers where reasonably required to deliver the services efficiently and maintain appropriate quality standards.
- Client Responsibilities
To support the successful delivery of the services, you agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information, including where required:
Business details
Branding materials
Website, account or platform access
Marketing information
Content and media
Required approvals
Feedback and decisions
You are responsible for ensuring that any information, materials, images, content or login access you provide may lawfully be used for the agreed purpose.
Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, incomplete instructions or a lack of communication may affect the agreed delivery timescale.
- Third-Party Platforms and Services
Some services may involve the use of third-party platforms, software, tools, contractors or service providers.
These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, policies, pricing, restrictions and service limitations.
Jonathan Edwards is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, restrictions, policy decisions or service failures caused by third-party platforms or providers.
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms connected to your project.
- Results and Performance Disclaimer
The services provided are designed to support your online presence, marketing activities and business growth.
However, Jonathan Edwards does not guarantee any specific outcome, including:
Revenue
Sales
Leads or enquiries
Search engine rankings
Website traffic
Advertising performance
Customer acquisition
Business growth
Results depend on several factors outside my control, including market conditions, competition, pricing, offer quality, customer demand, business decisions, advertising budgets and your ongoing implementation.
Any estimates, projections or examples provided are for guidance only and should not be treated as guarantees or promises of performance.
- Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins and may be included in a proposal, invoice, order form or service description.
By purchasing a service, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the selected payment option or payment plan.
Work may not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received.
Failure to make an agreed payment may result in work being paused, access being restricted or the service being terminated.
You remain responsible for any outstanding fees relating to work already completed, resources committed or services provided.
- Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the personalised nature of done-for-you services, including planning, preparation, research, resource allocation, implementation and work completed on your behalf, payments are non-refundable once work or delivery has commenced, except where otherwise required by law.
Where you cancel a project after work has commenced, you will remain responsible for the cost of any work already completed and any non-refundable costs incurred on your behalf.
For ongoing services or subscriptions, cancellation will prevent future billing after any applicable notice period or minimum commitment has been completed.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for previous payments, completed work, delivered services, purchased resources or access already provided.
- Revisions and Changes
Where applicable, reasonable revisions may be provided in accordance with the package purchased and the agreed scope of work.
Revision requests must relate to the original project brief and agreed deliverables.
Requests that materially change the original instructions, direction, features or scope may be treated as additional work and may require:
Additional fees
A revised delivery timescale
A separate proposal or agreement
Work outside the agreed scope will not begin until any additional costs and requirements have been approved.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of completed final deliverables created specifically for you will transfer to you once all outstanding payments have been received in full.
Jonathan Edwards retains ownership of all pre-existing and underlying materials, including:
Internal processes
Systems
Templates
Frameworks
Methods
Business resources
Software configurations
Reusable components
Proprietary materials
Knowledge and working methods
Any third-party materials, software, images, fonts, plugins or platforms remain subject to the licence terms of their respective owners.
Drafts, working files and rejected concepts are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to respect confidential information shared during the working relationship and not disclose it unnecessarily to third parties.
Your information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
Confidentiality does not apply where information:
Is already publicly available
Was lawfully known before it was disclosed
Is received lawfully from another source
Must be disclosed by law or a relevant authority
I may share necessary information with trusted contractors or service providers involved in delivering the agreed services, provided that it is handled appropriately.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jonathan Edwards will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Loss of business
Loss of data
Loss of anticipated savings
Missed opportunities
Reputational damage
My total liability relating to any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Ending the Agreement
Jonathan Edwards reserves the right to pause, suspend or end the services where:
Payments are overdue
You breach this Agreement
Required information or cooperation is not provided
Your behaviour is abusive, threatening or inappropriate
You request work that is unlawful, misleading or unethical
The working relationship is no longer considered suitable or productive
Where services are ended because you have breached this Agreement, payments already made will not normally be refunded.
You remain responsible for fees relating to work already completed and any costs already incurred.
- Acceptance
By purchasing or proceeding with a done-for-you service from Jonathan Edwards, you confirm that:
You have read and understood this Agreement
You agree to comply with these terms
You understand that results are not guaranteed
You understand that delivery depends on your cooperation and responsiveness
You understand that trusted third-party providers may be used where reasonably required
You accept responsibility for reviewing and approving the agreed work
